Had my 3rd experience with them today. My sister's ac went out. Pretty sure this was going to be a nightmare. But lo and behold modern degree to the rescue. Called at 8 on a 113 degree day. They were there by noon and fixed by one. What great service. Also had them on one other service call and one complete replacement. Both were A++++. No need to call anyone else. These guys are the best.

We just had a new heat an A/C installed by Modern Degree. They have to be the nicest and most professional company I have ever had in my home. They cleaned up and touched up a small area around attic hatch that had to come off to get new unit in attic. You wouldn’t even know they were here. Highly recommend this company!!

OUTSTANDING service!!! These guys have customer service nailed. Great communication, friendly and informative not to mention reasonably priced. Installed a brand new HVAC system and new hot water heater in our old cabin and the exposed duct works looks so nice and adds a ton of cabin charm! Highly recommend!!!

10/13/2025 Made a call to Modern Degree, because our guest called to say he thought the hot water in the house wasn't hot enough. Our house is in Tartesso, and we Airbnb it while we're not here. Modern Degree lives out here also and when I called they said they'd be out to fix it this afternoon. But Heath was there in 5 minutes!! Wow.. I was able to remotely open the garage door, Heath went in and adjusted the temperature setting, checked the unit to be sure there wasn't any other issues and left. Our guest came out as Heath was leaving and spoke about how fast the service was. 😀 Another great service call by Modern Degree! That is some great service. Thanks Modern Degree

Heath and Nick arrived on time as scheduled and provided a very thorough review of our system and listened to the problems we've been having. They completed the scheduled service and will provide an estimate for fixing the problems we've had for 4 years. Very polite and professional. Edited to add followup experience (May 14, 2024) They returned this week and completed the damper installations and we can already feel the difference. They were on time and professional. I will call them again if we have any more HVAC problems.

After experiencing a complete shut down of our AC unit we messaged Modern Degree on a Sunday and they respond within 5 minutes and set up an appointment for the following day between 3-5 pm. They text me the next day at 2:00 pm and was there before 3:00. Within a few minutes upon arrival Gabriel diagnosed the problem and set out to do the repairs while carrying the exact part. With the temps outside at over 112 degrees the temps up in the attic was much hotter. But Gabriel, with part in hand, proceeded to replace a unit motor that took time and much effort to replace. Upon completion of the new part the A/C started working immediately. This is the third time we have used their service and each time they rendered quick and excellent results. Gabriel, and Modern Degree was a complete pleasure to work with.
